Can I use it with a pacemaker or metal implants?

No. Don't use it if you have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, or over metal implants. If that rules you out after you order, email us for a full refund. You don't need to send it back.

Can I wear it while I play?

No. Use it sitting down, before you play or after. Not during exercise and not while you sleep.

What does it actually do?

It warms and vibrates. It's for comfort and relaxation. It isn't a medical device and doesn't treat anything.

How long does the battery last?

About 75 minutes per charge, per the manufacturer. It recharges over USB-C.

Where does it ship from?

From our fulfillment partner's warehouse in China. Orders ship in 2–5 business days and usually arrive 8–12 business days after that.
