Shipping Policy

Free shipping on every order

We ship to addresses in the 50 states and Washington, DC. Shipping is free. We can't ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses or US territories yet.

How long it takes

• Processing: 2–5 business days after you order.
• Delivery: 8–12 business days after it ships.
• Total: about 10–17 business days from order to door.

Orders ship from our fulfillment partner's warehouse in China. Holidays and carrier delays can add a few days.

Tracking

We email your tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can also check on an order any time by emailing [email protected] with your order number.

Delays

If your order can't ship within 5 business days, we'll email you a new ship date, and you can cancel for a full refund. If it hasn't arrived within 20 business days of your order, or tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, email us and we'll send a replacement or a full refund, your choice.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours and we'll fix it before the order ships.
