Yes. That's what they're for. Use the knee massager before or after, with the sleeve off.

Is it a medical brace?

No. It's a snug sleeve for comfort on court. It doesn't treat or prevent anything.

Where does it ship from?

From our fulfillment partner's warehouse in China. Orders ship in 2–5 business days and usually arrive 8–12 business days after that.
