These terms apply when you use primeaxissolutions.app or buy from Prime Axis Solutions LLC ("PrimeAxis", "we"). By placing an order you agree to them.
Our products
PrimeAxis products are general wellness products designed for warmth, relaxation and comfort. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Do not use them if you have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, over metal implants (including a joint replacement), or after recent surgery or injury until your doctor clears you. Talk to your doctor before use if you are pregnant or have a medical condition.
Follow the instructions that come with your product. Stop using it and talk to a doctor if anything feels wrong. Results vary from person to person.
Orders and pricing
Prices are in US dollars and include free shipping. Sales tax is added at checkout where required. We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your order is confirmed once payment goes through.
Shipping and returns

Warranty
If your product arrives damaged or stops working within 30 days of delivery, we'll replace it or refund you, your choice, and you don't need to send it back. This doesn't limit any rights you have under the law. We don't promise any specific health result.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order.
